Liability Waiver and Release

The user understands and agrees that Taekwondo training, includes sudden movements and that is in connection with training. And that such contact may result in personal injury despite the best intentions and following adequate precautions.

The member agrees that Taekwondo Superhero App and its instructors, agents, employees, operators and authorized representatives, shall not be responsible for any injury incur to the user as they use Taekwondo Superhero App. 

Hereby released form and liability, claim, personal injury, or expense incurred by a user or anyone claiming through a user, or related to any activity connected with the practices of Taekwondo Superhero is accepted upon the use of the App by the user.

The users agree to the liability waiver and release as they use Taekwondo Superhero App.
